Our company have been using the software solution by MiriSys really since the early days when we started to use cutters in the production. We used modules for modeling and also for nesting and also all the post-processors for cutting and cutter optimizing routines. It was only recently when we started to use the automatic nesting and I was absolutely skeptical about the results as I was very proud about the job we did on manual nesting the pieces. And – to my great surprise – the automatic nesting reached even higher efficiency and saved a lot of material. So, even though the power of the software was hardly to believe at the beginning, it proved to be the right solution later.
